Rotary steering contacts are precision processed by 3/4/5-axis CNC turn-milling. Conductive contact surfaces, rotation limiting grooves, positioning shoulders and plug-in guides are integrally formed in one clamping. With tight dimensional tolerances and burr-free smooth contact surfaces, they maintain stable electrical conduction during rotation or angular deflection, avoiding poor contact and arcing. Available in brass, beryllium copper and stainless steel, with gold, silver or nickel plating to enhance conductivity, corrosion resistance and plug cycle lifespan. Designed for multi-angle swivel and rotary signal transmission, widely applied in aviation connectors, vehicle steering sensors, RF rotary joints and slip ring conductive assemblies. Custom shapes and angles are supported for prototypes and mass orders.
